At Strylle, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with a simple and hassle-free exchange and return process.
Exchange & Return Policy
Exchange & Return Window
Exchange or Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Exchange orders are placed upon pickup of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you with an alternative in such cases.
Each order is eligible for a return only once.
Eligibility for Exchange & Return
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be free from stains, perfume smells, makeup marks, damage, alterations, or signs of wear
All returned products undergo a quality check upon arrival at our warehouse. Strylle reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions.
Free Exchange & Return
- Exchanges and returns are completely free of charge.
- Reverse pickup will be arranged through our logistics partners wherever service is available.
- We cover the reverse shipping costs for eligible exchange and return requests.
Reverse Pickup & Processing
- Reverse pickup timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
- Once the product is picked up, it will be sent to our warehouse for quality inspection.
- Approved exchange orders will be processed within 2 working days after successful inspection.
Store Credit & Refunds
- Returns are refunded in the form of Store Credit only.
- A Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up.
- Store Credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
- Store Credit can be used across the website and is non-transferable.
- Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
- Store Credit must be used in a single transaction and any unused balance cannot be reissued.
Exchange for Different Size or Product
- You may exchange your order for a different size or another available product.
- If the new product is priced higher, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
- If the new product is priced lower, the balance amount will be issued as Store Credit.
Self-Shipping (Non-Serviceable Areas)
If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pincode, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Once the product passes quality inspection, an additional âš100 Store Credit will be issued to help cover your shipping cost.
Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking information. Strylle will not be responsible for parcels lost before reaching our warehouse.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during Sale Events, Flash Sales, Clearance Sales, or special promotional campaigns
- Products purchased using Store Credit
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged products
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.
After verification, Strylle may offer a replacement, Store Credit, or refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation.
Please note that slight colour variations caused by photography, lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted detailing are not considered defects.
Customer Responsibility During Pickup
Please ensure that only the approved product(s) are handed over during pickup.
If an incorrect product is returned:
- Strylle will not be responsible for recovering the item.
- A handling fee of âš200 may be charged for additional processing and shipping.
Quality Check Failure
Returns or exchanges may be rejected if:
- The product is found used, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or missing tags.
- The product fails quality inspection.
- An incorrect product is returned.
In such cases, the item may be shipped back to the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Prepaid Orders
- Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7â10 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once dispatched, COD orders cannot be cancelled.
Final Decision
Strylle reserves the right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or cancellation request after reviewing the circumstances and product condition.
